Huh. This one is difficult. It looks like something is breaching the lower part, which is looking like the ground, but breaks strangely, as if it was metal. Plus, cables. And the blast goes up rather straight despite not having any guide tube or rail. So, for me this looks like a powerful breach in a reactor containment, alternatively the outer hull of something being hit by a cone charge.

And blue and white means it must be somewhere in space, cause blue and white, what else is there?
